Description
Adding a dimmer switch to your living area can add more than just another way to use your lights; it adds control. With a dimmer switch, you can control the amount of light, you can control the feel of a room, and you can control how you perceive the area. When you're watching TV, you don't the light to be on high. On the other hand, though, if the room were completely dark, you would be stumbling across the room to find the popcorn. With a dimmer switch on your team, you can adjust the brightness of the room so that you can both comfortably watch the TV and find your way to the snacks. And how about when you first wake up in the morning? If you're like many people, waking up to bright light isn't always the best thing. Using a dimmer switch to gradually increase the light is less of a jolt, helping you wake up easily. If this sounds like a great deal to you, then you can join the many others who agree.
Measuring 2 3/4" high by 2" wide by 1 1/4" deep, this dimmer switch runs off of 12V power with a rating for 10 Amps. It is a direct-wire hook-up, being wired directly into your RV electrical system. The casing of the dimmer is made of a durable plastic that keeps the dimmer safe while creating a nice yet simple aesthetic that matches most RV interior design schemes on the market today. The rounded edges lend to a softer appearance while adding some extra stability to the design. Available in white and black, you can choose between these two classic colors. The dimmer itself works on a sliding dimmer, so you can set it to just where you want it to be.
