The adhesive included in the kit option is water-based and not recommended to be applied to fiberglass and aluminum. It should be applied directly to plywood and it's important to let the glue soak into the plywood and evaporate some to create a strong bond between the flooring and plywood. The best temperature to apply this glue in is between 65 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the flooring has been applied, make sure to use a steel roller to force the flooring down and remove any air pockets and wrinkles. After you are done, let the flooring sit for 24 hours before using it.
