TST (Truck System Technologies) was established in the year of 2007. Their establishment was a result of the Federal Tire Pressure Monitoring Regulations excluding most forms of powered RV vehicles. This exclusion from the FTPMR led many powered RVs and similar vehicles to tire blowouts of varying severity, and other safety hazards brought about due to low tire pressure or air loss that had gone unnoticed. Since its establishment, TST has developed systems that accommodate all manner of vehicles and equipment outside the typical car, truck, or SUV. Such vehicles and equipment include towable RVs, commercial transport vehicles, boat trailers, construction and agricultural equipment and trailers, and more.
PSI (Pressure Systems International), the world’s top dog in automatic tire inflation at the time, acquired TST in April of 2017. This acquisition provided TST with much-needed knowledge of the industry, new technologies, and improved customer service. Not long after, TST began to reach the top of the TPMS industry. Supported and guided by PSI, TST went on to develop incredible advancements in terms of quality and durability.
TST has developed and produced a variety of new products since its acquisition in 2017. An example of this would be a widescreen monitor that offers full color or their compact flow-through sensor featuring a replaceable battery - the only products of their kind in the industry. All TST sensors are designed with a code lock, ensuring that the systems monitor does not forget the sensor when its battery is changed. TST further improved its products by including a repeater with every kit while also allowing customers to mix multiple types of sensors.
