Ice Fishing Ice Hole Mesh Safety Cover Lid

In a fish house, the hole in the bottom of the floor makes it possible to access the ice hole and fish from the comfort of your heated space. One of the big problems with this, however, is that you can drop things down this hole on accident. Whether you've tripped and sent your phone flying or whether your pet or child is wandering where they shouldn't, it's a good idea to keep this hole covered. Keeping it covered doesn't mean not having access to it, though. You still need to know if the fish are biting. That's where a safety cover comes in handy.

It rests on the ice cover ring easily and prevents items from falling into the open hole. At the same time, the center jig hole and line slot allow you to fish while the cover is in place.
