We love our furniture collection, with the soft fabrics, durable inner mechanisms, and space-saving features. But we thought to ourselves “we can do even better.” And with our line of Ultrafabrics® Brisa® powered RV furniture, that’s just what we’ve done. We’ve combined the durable design and space-saving features of our beloved powered modular line with the exceptionally soft, durable, and attractive Ultrafabrics® Brisa® fabric that has been with our Captain’s chairs for years. With this match, you can upgrade your RV to a luxury vehicle that feels like a castle on wheels.

Brisa® Fabric

Our 58” powered reclining sofa in Ultrafabrics® Brisa® is comprised of the left and right powered recliners and the optional floating cupholder in matching fabric and color. So what exactly is the Brisa® fabric? Well, it’s similar to the Suprima™ in many ways, however, it is an upgrade from the Suprima™ in many more ways. First, it’s available in 5 colors: Coffee Bean, Birch, Ash, Onyx, and Desert Clay, five colors that expand your capabilities to decorate your RV to your liking. As a plus, with these color options, you can now match your captain’s chairs to your recliners, creating a complete decorating scheme that will really tie your rig together. Next, they are very easy to clean and super durable. They can last longer as well, which is why they are perfect for both normal furniture and the captain’s chairs. They are also super soft. If you thought that it couldn’t get softer than the Suprima™ fabric while maintaining super high durability, you’d be wrong. The Brisa® fabric is so very soft and include tiny perforations that make it breathable as well. When you’re relaxing on your sofa after a long day in the sun, you can be comfortable and cool. Internal Mechanisms

The internal mechanisms that allow you to recline the sofa, put your feet up, and put the sofa together are made of a durable all-metal design that is designed for RV travel. Unlike the furniture that sits in a stationary home, the furniture in your RV needs to be able to last throughout a lot of moving around, whether it’s from bumpy dirt roads, long drives, or simply the life of your RV. At the same time, though, your RV furniture can’t weigh your rig down. The lightweight yet durable inner design of this sofa is the perfect combo (only weighing in at about 178 pounds). And as an added benefit, if something does happen, we have replacement parts available on our site just in case.

Power

Powered furniture is an amazing perk to have in your RV. It gives you extra convenience and ease and if you have any trouble in pressing the footrest back down, then it helps you ease into the reclining position without any trouble. The smooth recline is perfect for both soothing achy joints and creating that added luxury feel. The power doesn’t just affect the reclining function, either. On either armrest, the cupholders light up and have a USB port for charging phones, fans, and other items. Now you can relax and recharge while your phone does the same. The lighted cupholders come in really handy when you’re trying to find the couch in the dark, as the light isn’t so bright that it will light the whole room but is enough so that you can see the couch and can easily find the cupholder. If you’re not feeling the light, there is an option to turn it off as well. Each recliner side (left and right) comes with their own power cords, however, there is also an adapter to combine them for one outlet. They don’t need to be wired to any wires in the wall. Instead, they just plug in and go. Keep in mind, however, that you will need a generator or other power source if you are not using shore power.

Size

Perhaps the best part of our furniture is the fact that is designed with RVs in mind, meaning that when it comes to space considerations, you don’t have to sacrifice your limited space. Our furniture is designed to fit through a 22” door frame, making installation easy. When it is installed, the sofa will come in two separate boxes (three if you include the optional floating cupholder). The best way to install the sofa in your rig is to move each piece inside of your RV on their own and put them together once they are all inside. Once they are inside and installed, you’ll only need 4” of space from the wall to fully recline. This is because of the Zero Wall-Hugger design, helping you recline and relax without sacrificing valuable space. The minimum depth required to fit on a slide out, if you are installing it in one, is 36 ¼” with the front of the reclining hanging over the slide out or 39 ¼” if you are wanting the entire recliner to fit on the slide-out without any overhang. At the full recline, the sofa is 65” long.
