Picture this: You’ve just spent a generous chunk of your money on a brand-new Class “A” recreational vehicle. You’ve done your research, checking thoroughly the reviews online. You purchased one of the best. You drive it home to get it ready for travel. You’re excited as you park it in your driveway. You get up out of the captain’s chair, you turn around, and then you see it…in the light of day. Your interior. It’s hideous. It’s not to your liking, at all. What do you do? You call the folks at RecPro, that’s what!

You truly can have your interior the way you’d like with just a few clicks on our website. Check out all that we have to offer you, and your RV!
Cabinets
Speaking of options, you should take a minute to look at all the beautiful drawer handles we have. Various colors and styles to not just fit with your interior but also accent your style. Because outfitting the areas of your leisure travel vehicle or stationary home is a reflection of you and should not be taken lightly.
Stationary home cabinetry is, well…, stationary and only built to withstand the daily wear and tear of regular living. While cabinets in a recreational vehicle need a more robust level of construction to take the constant jostling of riding down the road all day. In addition to the cabinets, the hardware, hinges, and handles must be designed to take the constant beating and banging from the road along with everyday use. The specially designed hardware you will find at RecPro is constructed from highly-durable materials to endure the lifestyle that RV living brings.
Head Knocker
The Head Knocker. This aptly named interior accessory, to some, is more of a necessity. Those of us who are taller know all too well the vitality of this padded addition. You would think once you crack your head the first time or even the second you would learn how to navigate a doorway. But it just isn’t that easy, and when you are watching your feet to make sure you don’t fall you can miss the sign above the door that says “watch your head”. (Kind of silly when you think of it, because how do you watch your own head?) Some who have been going in and out of the tiny RV door over longer periods have learned to put their hand at the top of the door frame when they pass through. This saves the head from a painful gash but can leave your interior with permanent fingerprints over time. The head knocker was designed to save your head and your interior.
As with most of the products you find at RecPro, we have more than one to choose from. Our head knockers are offered in two styles and currently four colors. All are easy to install and wrapped with a polyurethane cover that is easy to clean. The 15 minutes it takes to install one could save you a world of headaches.
Headliner
The headliner is a carryover from the automotive industry. This padding on the inside of your vehicle is used to diminish road noise, provide a layer of insulation, and a softer layer should you bounce up or be involved in a rollover. In the RV world, it also adds a cozier feel to your interior. Most probably don’t take note of this feature regularly. But once the glue starts to let loose, or the foam begins to breakdown and let chunks fall to the floor (or onto your sandwich), then you are immediately drawn into the life of a headliner.
As is the case with all things for restoring your RV, we can help you with that! If your headliner is heading for a touchup or complete replacement, we have products to help you with both. We have headliner fabric, for when your foam is good but the fabric is no longer attached to it. We have padded headliner, for those instances when your foam and fabric need replacing. And, we don’t leave you hanging, because we also have the glue to hold it all together! So, head on over to the headliner product pages and raise the comfort level of your interior.
Interior Door
When you read the words “interior door” and the lightbulb does not go off over your head, then you might already have an interior divider that you are happy with. But if your little ones have now become teenagers and you don’t have a pocket door or curtain to put between you, this little accouterment is probably looking good right now. An interior door can give you and your family the necessary space to breathe. While blocking something out seems like the opposite of creating space, they can be the same when creating comfortable living space inside the narrow confines of an RV. The Pleated Folding Door is the conundrum we speak of. The pleated folds of the fabric bring softness and eye appeal while lending itself to define a barrier. And when it is open it becomes so sleek you will not even know it is there.
Shades
While you are looking to block things out, why not take a look at our shades. Quite simply they block out the penetrating rays of the sun and the penetrating eyes of anyone intending harm. The classic designs and colors will blend nicely with your interior so you can replace only what is broken, or go for a complete re-do.
One thing you will come to know and love about RecPro, is you are never locked into just one option. For your comfort, we provide options and combinations. In the world of shades, there are roller shades and pleated shades. And growing in popularity is the snap-in Entry Door Shade. You can find them all at RecPro in various sizes, colors, and configurations. But no matter which fits your style profile best, you can add comfort to your interior for your family.
Valances
The valance may seem trivial to some. Its only purpose, it seems, is to hide the blinds or roller shades. True, they do that. And as my mom would tell you, “They are just there to collect dust.” Agreed. However, if you have ever really looked at them, you find they add color and depth to an otherwise flat background. Like adding chocolate syrup to your vanilla ice cream, it just gives it the little kick it needs to go from a simple space to a living area.
We have multiple designs to choose from, and of course, our valances can be ordered with legs or without. Our color selections are intended to blend with your existing interior for seamless comfort. And, since this is a custom product, you can select the dimensions you need to fit in your narrow space. It is time to add a little chocolate to your vanilla world and say voilà to Valances!
As you explore the interior of your home on wheels and find the areas that can be customized to your liking or expanded upon to fulfill your expectations, we welcome you to explore the interior categories RecPro has to offer. With our wide variety of products and the variations that come along with them, you can tailor your ride to be a true reflection of you.
