Keep Your Appliances Running Smoothly with RecPro’s Propane Regulator

Propane is a popular addition to many RVs and trailers. It provides a convenient power source for grills, cooktops, and a variety of other appliances. But when the tank runs empty, it can cause a disruption to your relaxation. The obvious solution is multiple tanks but without the proper tools, there will still be a disruption in the flow. RecPro has the perfect solution to this problem with this propane auto regulator.

This automatic changeover regulator will automatically and seamlessly switch from an empty tank to a full tank, keeping your appliances powered up without interruption. This regulator comes with the regulator itself, two 11.5” pigtails with QCC1 connections, a mounting bracket, and a cover. The overall dimensions of the regulator with the bracket attached are 2 ¾”W x 6 ¼”H x 6 ¼”D. The regulator weighs about 2 ½ pounds. This auto regulator features an indicator window that turns red when a tank is empty. The inlets on this are ¼” female NPT and the outlet is ⅜” female NPT. This regulator has a rated capacity of 287,500 BTUs per tank. The pigtails come with QCC1 connections for a secure connection to your propane tanks.

This regulator is perfect for dual propane tank setups, allowing for easy, automated switching of tanks for an uninterrupted flow. Don’t let your vacation time be ruined by running out of propane. RecPro will have your propane system running efficiently and will make switching tanks a breeze. Shop on our website today, or call our Customer Care Team with any questions.

If a leak is suspected, turn the gas off at the tanks and extinguish all flames. DO NOT disconnect the regulator from the tanks. Make sure you are safe, slowly turn the gas on, and brush all the connections with soap and water or liquid detergent. A gas leak will form bubbles. If a leak is found, turn off the gas supply and inform your dealer. NEVER USE A LIT MATCH OR FLAME TO SEARCH FOR LEAKS.
