The awning replacement fabric measures 17' 1" by 8' and is 1/16" thick. From the bottom of the valence to the first bead is 7 1/2" and from the bottom of the valence to the second bead is 11". The distance between the beads is 3 1/2"-5" and the bead length, extending from the end of the awning, is 5" on average.
