With this transfer switch, you get a power rating of 30 Amps per pole and 120 volts. It can handle a generator up to 4.5KW. When it comes to safety, look no further, this switch is UL Std. 1008 and is certified to CAN/CSA Std. C22.2 No. 178.1. The enclosure is made of solid steel, so you don’t have to worry about its durability, and it is black to easily blend in with wherever it’s been installed.

This switch is designed to automatically switch from one power source to another without the need for human input, like switching from shoreline to generator power or electronic inverter to shoreline/generator. The switch takes only 22 seconds; the delay is to give your generator time to come up to speed. But if timing is critical, the time delay can easily be bypassed for instant transfer. The enclosure has mounting holes cut out for secure mounting wherever you need it. Note that mourning hardware does not come with.
