Build A Deck That Can Last A Lifetime with RecPro’s Marine Grade Plywood

If you are renovating your boat, deck, or pontoon, then you need to make sure you’re using materials that won’t let you down. RecPro can help you out with that, especially with this tough marine grade plywood.

What makes this plywood so special? Why is it the ideal choice for your boat, pontoon, or other marine DIY projects? This 7-ply perma panel marine grade plywood is built to last, that’s why. Each sheet of plywood is created using high-quality waterproof marine glue with a 30% minimum resin content and 100% high grade fir wood veneers dried to a moisture content of 8% or less, one of the strongest woods in the market. Additionally, each inner ply is hand laid and balanced, which helps to ensure a nearly void-free interior core resulting in a sheet of plywood dramatically stronger than those you’ll find at your local home hardware store.

Each marine plywood panel is made even stronger as it is treated with Chromated Copper Arsenate (CCA) to a .40 retention level, a wood preservative treatment that further protects the plywood from insects, fungi, and decay. Afterwards, each panel is  kiln dried after treatment (KDAT) to a low moisture content between 12% and 15%, which gives it exceptional resistance to water, rot, and fungal decay. Furthermore, each panel also goes through a computerized blow detector to protect against delamination. The marine plywood meets or exceeds A.P.A PS 1-09 specifications, and comes with a manufacturer lifetime warranty that protects against damage from termites, fungal rot or decay, and manufacturing defects.

When you are fixing up your boat, deck, or pontoon, you need tough materials that you can have confidence in, and that’s what you get with this 48” x 102” x ¾” marine grade plywood. Use our website to order yours today, or chat with our Customer Care Team for further assistance.
