By adding our Ultrafabrics® Brisa® fabric to the powered modular furniture, you get a luxurious feel, high durability, and ultra convenience for your rig.

Ultrafabrics® Brisa® Fabric

So, what exactly is the Brisa® fabric? Well, at first glance, it looks similar to the Suprima™ fabric. Don’t let that fool you, though, they are very different. First off, the Brisa® fabric comes in five different colors, Coffee Bean, Birch, Desert Clay, Onyx, and Ash. Because the Captains Chairs are also made of Brisa® fabric, this means that they have these same color options. By ordering the Captains Chairs and Modular furniture in the same fabric and color, you can create a custom look that ties together so nicely, it’ll look like it was originally created that way. The fabric is durable and easy to clean, holding up to water exposure and general wear and tear even better than our Suprima™ option. As an added plus, the Brisa® fabric is breathable as well. Unlike vinyl or leather that leaves you sticky with sweat in hot weather, the Brisa® fabric will help with airflow, keeping you cool and comfortable. Internal Mechanisms

Inside of the sofa is a series of internal mechanisms that help you recline easily time and again. Made of all metal, they are designed with RVs in mind. Unlike residential furniture, RV furniture needs to be able to withstand the rigor of the road. At the same time, though, they can’t weigh your rig down. This sofa, only weighing in at about 210 pounds fits those requirements perfectly. We’re so confident that we have an industry leading 5-year limited warranty for these sets.

Power

Just when you think luxury RV furniture couldn’t get any better, it does. With added power, you can relax like a king. Recline and put your feet up at the push of a button, the smooth recline helping you feel more comfortable and relaxed. Each reclining side can lower and raise independently, allowing you to have more control over your relaxing experience. The power reaches the recliners through a 110V wall plug which is included in the box as well. The reclining function isn’t the only part that is affected by this new power, though. In either of the two armrests on the recliners, there are cup holders that light up a low blue color as well as the reclining controls and a USB port to charge your tablet, phone, or other gadget. Keep in mind, however, that if you are boondocking or are otherwise disconnected from shore power, you will need a generator or other power source for your 120V system for the sofa to recline.

Size

The 70” sofa set includes a powered left and right arm recliner as well as a 12” comfort console. The connectors on each piece work with other modular furniture pieces as well (just keep in mind the material and color if you are adding another section). This set measures 70" wide x 39" tall x 37 1/2"  deep overall and requires 36 ¼” of depth with the front of the recliner hanging over the slide out and requires 39 ¼” of depth with the entire sofa resting on the slide out. The sofa comes in three separate boxes, each one with a section of the sofa. Each piece is able to fit through a 22” door frame. It is recommended that each piece be carried in through the door individually and put together once inside the RV. Once inside, the sofa only needs to be 4” from the wall to fully recline, due to the Zero Wall-Hugger design. Once in place, the full recline length is 65”.
