Helps Temperature Control

With only an outer dome on your rig, there is nothing to insulate your interior from the outside temperatures. An inner dome can sit underneath your outer dome, trapping a pocket of air between the two. This air pocket acts as an insulator, keeping heat inside your rig during cold weather or cool air inside your rig during hot weather.

The inner dome skylight from RecPro is designed for long-lasting use. It has been constructed out of a plastic material known as acrylic. Acrylic is similar to polycarbonate in many ways. This rigid plastic material is very lightweight, so the inner dome will not add much to your rig.
