The flip-up capability of the ladder enables it to be stowed above the dock for safekeeping during the winter or when you're not using it. The material is corrosion-resistant and the ladder has a capacity of 300 pounds. The steps are 4" deep and rounded for safety and comfort, with the ladder being 20" wide altogether. The quick-release safety pin locks the ladder in the down position and keeps it stored up and out of the way. Mounting hardware is not included.
