Alpha Systems LLC has been designing and manufacturing high-quality plastic products for the RV, marine, and housing industry for over 34 years. Led by Mr. David Vincent Smith Jr as President, Alpha currently offers plastics mostly for the RV industry. Their tanks, while durable and high-quality are also designed with their customers in mind, with a variety of sizes for grey, black, and fresh water tanks.
Founded in 1984, Alpha Systems LLC was originally created to manufacture and distribute construction products and accessories for the RV, marine, and manufactured housing industries. Until 1997, Alpha’s products mainly consisted of roofing and sealants. That year, however, Alpha acquired an injection mold company and was able to further expand its line of plastic products. This purchase gave alpha the ability to deliver high-end injection molded products, including those in the automotive, manufactured housing, RV, and retail industry. In 2007, they expanded their laboratory to invest in new testing equipment and additional lab personnel, which helped place Alpha as one of the top manufacturers of technologically advanced water-base, moisture-cure, plural component urethane systems, and hot melt adhesives.
In 2009, the acquisition of a blow molding press allowed alpha to produce parts weighing up to 30 pounds, including high-quality fresh water and holding tanks. In 2012, Alpha systems acquired an injection molding company and relocated its operations to Elkhart, IN. This purchase and move doubled the size of their injection molding operation and ensured Alpha would be able to meet the needs of its partners as they grow even further.

Water Tanks:
Alpha Systems’ state of the art rotational molder and blow molder create high-quality and reliable black, grey, and fresh water tanks. Each tank is TEI certified for use in recreational vehicles for both the US and Canada. The rotational and blow molders yield finished parts as large as 100 gallons using high-density, chemically resistant polyethylene. Safe for water and resistant against elemental forces, these tanks are meant to last through the life of your RV.
Using high-density, chemically resistant polyethylene, Alpha tanks have a high strength-to-density ratio and have little branching, giving them stronger tensile strength than low-density polyethylene, which means they have a greater resistance to breaking under tension. Harder and able to withstand higher temperatures, HDPE is a tough plastic commonly used for pipes, sturdy bottles, water tanks, and more, with resistance to many acids, alcohols, and bases.
