Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be returned within 90 days of delivery
- Product must be new and unused
- Product must be in resalable condition
- All original hardware, accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Original packaging is strongly recommended
Products showing signs of installation, modification, use, or damage may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please submit a return request as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly:
- Take clear photos of the product
- Photograph all packaging materials
- Photograph shipping labels when possible
- Keep all packaging until your claim has been reviewed
Our team will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, product replacement, repair assistance, or return authorization.
Freight Delivery Damage
Freight shipments should always be inspected before signing the delivery receipt.
If visible damage is present:
- Note all damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos before accepting delivery
- Submit a return request immediately
Failure to note freight damage at delivery may impact the carrier's ability to process a claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Custom-built products
- Special-order items
- Clearance and final-sale items
- Products sold as non-returnable
- Used or installed products
- Entry Doors
- Mattresses
- Seamless Aluminum
