Get The Best Of Both Worlds With A 2-Burner Stainless Steel True Induction RV Cooktop From RecPro

165226125 Side ViewFinding a safe, reliable way to cook in your RV is sometimes easier said than done. Those who do their own cooking may prefer an induction stovetop, while others may prefer a more traditional gas grill. With the True Induction RV cooktop from RecPro, you can have the best of both worlds due to its 2-burner design. Use the induction burner for recipes that call for a quick boil or more precise temperatures; use the gas burner for recipes that require more old-school techniques, for non-magnetic cookware, or when your unit may be without power. The best thing about this RV combo induction & gas burner cooktop is that you can do either, or both at the same time.

This 2-burner is constructed from stainless steel and fits in almost any kitchen. Weighing in at about 20 pounds, it is also the perfect size for a more portable or temporary setup, and some buyers may just be looking for a countertop setup (not fully installed), which this cooktop can provide as well. It requires a 120-volt (Alternating Current), 3-prong outlet to power the interface and induction burner, and a connection to your RV’s propane tank system for the gas burner. It can be installed into a countertop cutout measuring 14 ⅛” in width, 23 ⅝” in length, and ensuring that it is at least 2 ⅘” deep.

Child Safety Lock, 1-10 Heat Levels, Built-In Timer, Touch-Sensitive Controls

The induction burner surface is constructed of ceramic glass. The interface features on both the induction and gas sides of this cooktop are easy to use and convenient. The induction burner interface uses touch-sensor buttons with child-safe settings to prevent unintended use of the cooktop’s buttons. It also features a set of modules, including a timer that can be set to 2 hours and 30 minutes, and simple “increase +” and “decrease -” buttons for temperature control, which can be easily switched between 150°F and 450°F, with 10 different heat levels. The gas burner is a little more traditional, with a simple grill-like dial to start and adjust the heat, with the heat intensity marked by a track on the cooktop below the dial.

The technical details of this burner are listed in the details section. It is recommended that you have a professional installation for this product, which requires a 120-v AC, 3-prong outlet. As with all induction cooktops, the induction burner side of this cooktop requires magnetic pans (stainless steel or cast iron). The gas burner can use any pans (copper, aluminum, etc.). The stainless steel and ceramic materials used in the construction of this cooktop make cleaning easy and reduce mess in your RV or temporary kitchen station.
