Most small and medium-sized items ship through FedEx or USPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Freight Shipping
Large items such as RV furniture, appliances, tanks, shower surrounds, and other oversized products may ship via freight carrier.
Before Delivery
A freight carrier representative will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Delivery Day
Inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
If you notice visible damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos immediately
- Contact RecPro as soon as possible

Once a freight shipment is signed for without noting damage, freight claims become significantly more difficult to process.
Express Handling
Need your order processed faster?
Express Handling moves your order to the front of our processing queue for priority fulfillment.
This service speeds up order processing but does not reduce carrier transit times.
Custom and special-order products may not qualify.
Signature Delivery
For added peace of mind, Signature Delivery requires someone to sign for the package upon delivery.
This service helps prevent lost or misplaced shipments.
